Truffles 176 pages decode the mysteries of the uber tuber, featuring an extensive definition, offering the details on its many varietals, showcasing the way different countries hunt for the gems, pairing wine and sharing the sophisticated recipes of several Three-Star Michelin chefs…
All of this is detailed with photography so delightful, you’ll be torn between keeping this book in the kitchen or on the coffee table.
